Why I created this program? 

The ultimate goal for me is to bring together like minded people. Where we come together to explore and discover together. 
 
My secondary goal was to create something that most people in the fitness industry would charge between $6000 -$10000. Except that this is a 'deep' comprehensive, total transformation and offer at it an investment price you can afford. 
 
When I began my somatic movement education I did not experience any pain, I came to improve my dance performance, creativity and deepen my understanding of the human body. Little did I realise this same movement method would carry me through life’s stressors (PND, social anxiety and traumatic life events).
 
Since opening my practice, my students have found relief and recovered from a number of movement limitations including: shoulder bursitis, hip joint pain, knee pain, to name a few.
