The student is clothed, usually lying on a table or sitting or standing. This hands-on approach consists of the teacher gently manipulating the limbs of the students body teaching the student new non-habitual patterns of movements.
This form of kinaesthetic communication conveys the experience of comfort, pleasure and ease of movement as the student reorganizes their body though the natural ability to create new neurological pathways.
First Step
Start with a 20min phone or Zoom consultation. If attending live classes we can chat on the phone. If your interest is in attending workshops Online will we chat over the Zoom program to see if your computer and connection will be suitable. Both calls are risk free and it will give us an opportunity to connect, learn about one another, and for me to answer any questions you have.
Second Step
90min Live or 1 hour online Consultation. In this Initial Feldenkrais Consultation we will have a conversation with some leading question. If meeting in person I will do a brief hands-on evaluation, and a short Awareness Through Movement® exploration.
Third Step
Follow up 60min sessions. 1 to 1 lesson combined with Awareness Through Movement® Classes. The number of lessons will depend on your own unique needs and goals.

You can find out if this work is right for you. A 20min conversation will allow you to ask questions about the work I do and the services I offer and for me to learn about what you are wanting to achieve by working together.
